I am an RCI-licensed Special Educator, Career Counsellor, and education professional with extensive experience supporting students across diverse learning needs and educational settings. I hold an M.A. in Education, a B.Ed. in Learning Disability, a Post Graduate Diploma in Child Rights Law from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU)-Bengaluru and have completed IB-PYP training. I have also successfully completed Career Counsellor Certification Training from IIT Madras Pravartak.I hold a Career Counselling License under the ICCC (UK) Professional CDP Framework.
Over the years, I have worked closely with students from Kindergarten to Grade 12, helping them overcome academic, learning, social, and emotional challenges. My role as a Special Educator has involved collaborating with parents, teachers, school leaders, and other stakeholders through counselling sessions, consultations, and Individualized Education Plan (IEP) reviews. These experiences have strengthened my counselling, communication, and problem-solving skills while providing deep insight into student development and educational pathways.
Based in Oman and working with families from diverse backgrounds, including the Indian expatriate community, I strive to provide personalized, ethical, and evidence-based guidance through psychometric assessments and counselling. My goal is to empower students to recognize their strengths, build confidence, make informed choices, and achieve meaningful academic, personal, and career success.
For students in mainstream schools, I help identify their interests, aptitudes, personality traits, and career aspirations through structured assessments and individualized counselling. I guide students in making informed decisions regarding subject selection, stream choice, higher education options, and emerging career opportunities. My approach focuses on helping students align their strengths, skills, and goals with realistic and fulfilling academic and career pathways.
